Warhammer 40k tabletop Space Marine Shoulder Pads?

i was thinking about buying some dark angel shoulder pads for my tactical marines. the metal ones from the games workshop website but im not sure how to attach them to my models. can someone tell me how to do that?Warhammer 40k tabletop Space Marine Shoulder Pads?
Are these the tactical marines from the Assault on Black Reach boxed set, or the multi-part models available separately? If the former, then I suggest not bothering. Chopping the integral shoulder pad off and replacing it is more trouble than it's worth. Use a Dark Angels transfer instead.



If it's the multi-part set, then I suggest you instead look at investing in the Dark Angels Chapter upgrade sprues instead:

As well as including six plastic shoulder pads, it includes a wealth of other details to add that "Dark Angels" feel to your army. Plus, there are loads of bitz you can easily put aside for use in future projects when you need them.

with glue. Youll have to use the dedicated metal glue though, sicne plastic wont really cut it. youll have to be prepared for them to fall off theough, the metal shoulder pads are notorious for not staying in the models.
