What changes has there been to the new space marine codex?

Instead of buying the new codex, im trying to find the differences from the old one and the new one. All i know is that points of an attack bike was change to 40 from 50What changes has there been to the new space marine codex?
There were a lot of changes... I'll try to think of some off the top of my head

1. The war gear system is different. You can no longer select any equipment you want for heroes - all possibilities are listed in the army list entry...

2. There are now two distinct veteran squads - Vanguard squads (close combat - assault marines with power weapons and other goodies) and Sternguard squads (marines with special bolter ammunition)

3. There are no more chapter traits. Instead, there are chapter tactics - you can take heroes that bestow benefits on your entire army. You can now take certain Space Marine heroes in any chapter army (e.g. I could play Ultramarines and take a Salamanders hero)

4. There are new units. Honour guard squads are no longer ultramarines-only. Land Raider Redeemer is new, a Land Raider with Str. 6 AP 3 flamers and an assault cannon. The Thunderfire cannon is a piece of Space Marine artillery, and it is the longest range in a codex army (sixty inches)

5. The way you select and arm tactical squads has changed. You now take five men for 90 points, and an additional 16 points for every Space Marine. The points increase is due to the fact that Tactical marines now have Krak and Frag Grenades as standard equipment, as well as a bolt pistol. This is a huge improvement, as you can fire your bolt pistol and then charge - in the older codex, you couldn't fire your bolters and charge. In addition to this, only squads numbering ten models can take special/heavy weapons for most Space Marine units. Terminators can take one weapon per five men.

6. With most space marine squads, you now have the "combat squads" rule. This means that you can take a ten-man squad and break it into two five-man units when you deploy them - so for sixty marines you could have 6 ten-man squads or 12 five-man squads.

7. Space Marines can now choose to automatically fail any morale check they have to take - this is called "Combat Tactics", and is usually replaced by Chapter Tactics if you take a character. But I wouldn't, because that ability is actually quite useful.

8. Librarians have new powers. The most interesting one allows you to take him off the table and move him with Deep Strike up to 24" away - along with a squad, of course.

9. I think the rules for Drop Pod Assault have been changed.. You now automatically place half of your drop pods on the table on turn one without rolling for deep strike. But I'm not sure what the rules were before the fifth edition.

There are a billion more changes, but I can't think of them at the moment... I highly suggest purchasing the new codex. It was really worth it.
