Is this a good 1500 point Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine army?

My army consists of 1 Terminator Epistolary Librarian, 10 Terminators, 3 Tactical Squads of 10 Space Marines, 3 Rhinos and 2 Vindicators. Is this a good 1500 point army. By the way, I love to play Cities Of Death, so would this be a suitable army? If you have any other good 1500 point army lists, tell me. Thanks and all ideas are open. Sounds like a pretty solid list. When the new codex is released, you might want to add a special character in place of the Librarian to benefit from the Chapter Tactics rules. You might also like to have a menu of alternatives to the second Vindicator: Vanguard or Sternguard elites are looking seriously cool. A Devastator squad is a really flexible Heavy Support choice. Or you might like to invest in some of the new stuff like a Scout Biker squad or a Land Speeder Storm with on-board scouts.



The other thing to look at is the possibility of swapping out the Rhinos for the new plastic drop-pods.
