Is this a good warhammer 40k space marine army?

im planning to build a sm consisting of the sm megaforce pack, terminator squad and a land raider crusader. The mega force is made up of

one (1) Commander with five (5) man Command squad, a ten (10) man Tactical squad, a five (5) man Combat squad with Razorback transport, five (5) man Scout squad, five (5) man Assault Squad, one (1) Predator tank, and one (1) Space Marine DreadnoughtIs this a good warhammer 40k space marine army?
It sounds OK. If you are just starting, focus on your main cannon fodder troops. You will gain the knowledge of how you want to play as you go along. The style of one player is completely different from that of another and you have to figure out the strengths of your tactics. Once you know how you want to play and improve your game you can invest in the next pieces. It's not about winning at the beginning, it's about noting your weaknesses and building on them.
