How do paint a space marine well?

I have 1 day till the compitition HelpHow do paint a space marine well?
i used to do a space marine army black templars and here are afew tips i picked up over the years



highlighting: use sharp pencil with tiny bit of paint to go along straight or curved edges



basecoat: dont spray the model too much with the chaos black spray paint just do lightly and toutch up the missed bits later



if doing an ultramarines army use regal blue first before applying the ultramarines blue
